Carol Ann Hoppes

Carol Hoppes passed away Oct. 31, 2011, at a Portland hospital. She was born September 28, 1936, in McClusky, North Dakota, to Hank and Sarah Roberts.
Carol had lived in Hillsboro, OR, for 40 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry. He passed away in 1991. They were married in 1960. She was a longtime employee and still currently worked part time for the Liberty Mutual Ins. Co., formerly Oregon Auto Insurance. She loved to quilt and had collected depression era glass in the past.
Carol is survived by her son, Terry & Miriam Hoppes; granddaughter Avianna Hoppes, all of San Diego, CA.
A service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, November 4, 2011, at Donelson~Fir Lawn Memorial Center, 1070 W. Main St., Hillsboro, OR 97123.
