Charles "Rusty" Miller was born in Spokane, WA, to Rhiney and Harriette Miller. He served in the military 1951 -1953. He was then employed by the railroad for approximately 35 years, while at the same time he was breeding, training, and showing Arabian horses. He won numerous awards in all show classes.
Services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 9, 2010, at Donelson ~ Fir Lawn Memorial Center, 1070 W. Main St., Hillsboro, OR 97123.
