Charlotte Goff passed away December 13, 2011, in Portland, Oregon. She is a longtime resident of the Helvetia community. A Celebration of Her Life will be at 2:00 pm, Friday, December 16, 2011. She was born Feb. 6, 1929, in Pendleton, Oregon. She is survived by her husband, Marlin, and other family members.
