Donald Myers Hall died Sept 6, 2012 due to natural causes. He was 78 years old. Donald was born in Negritos Peru on June 7, 1934. His parents were John Dale and Ruby Garnet (Parsons) Hall of West Virginia. His father worked for International Petroleum and was transferred there with his new bride; this is where they raised their family. Donald learned to speak Spanish there and as a result after attending the University of Miami and Tulane University and graduating with a Doctorate Degree in law. He took a position in Puerto Rico where he met his wife, Belen. They would be married 46 years on Sept 23rd together they raised five children, John (Stephanie), Christopher, Layne (Michelle), Rachel Hall (Terry) and Sarah Manley (Guy). He was a successful labor lawyer in Puerto Rico and retired after 36 years with the same law firm.
He enjoyed reading, jazz music and John Wayne movies, he also liked to write short stories, and jingles and anything to do with the war in the pacific. He liked to eat out especially Mexican food, diet soda from McDonalds and anything sweet, he also liked going out in the car.
He is survived by his wife Belen, their five children, his brother David Hall of Florida. He has 20 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; Donald was preceded in death by his parents and his bother John Denton Hall of Winter Park, FL.
