Edith E. Cheney age 88 of Hillsboro, OR died Oct. 16, 2011 in a Portland hospital.
Born Jan. 27, 1923 in Fort Stevens, Oregon to James & Myrte (Graham) Donovan. She has resided in Hillsboro since the early 90's and in Warrenton, OR prior to that.
On July 3, 1940 she married Donald Cheney in Seaside. He preceded her in death in 2000. During her working life Edith was a laundry worker in Astoria.
She enjoyed computer games, reading, needle work and playing scrabble with her grandchildren and nieces & nephews.
