Helen J Hurley was born April 10, 1914 in Omro, Wisconsin and passed away on January 28, 2016 in Hillsboro, Oregon. She was the last remaining child of Levi and Mavin Brunson.
She married Otis Hurley Jr. in 1941. She was a teacher and helped farm with her husband in the San Diego area of California. She had been a resident of Hillsboro for 18 years.
Mrs. Hurley was preceded in death by her husband, Otis D. Hurley Jr., and one son, Otis D Hurley III. She is survived by son, Lawrence and wife Annie, grandsons and wives, Alexander and Joy, Montgomery and Jennifer, and great grandchildren Ryle, Alyse, Bryson, Wyatt, and Tanner, all of Northwest Oregon. A daughter-in-law, Shirley Lievanos of Tennessee also survives. Helen will be greatly missed.
