Irene Georgiana Lorence (Miller)
September 23, 1918 — April 29, 2014
Irene [Miller] was born in Bethany Oregon on Sept. 23 1918. She was preceeded in death by her husband Frank and two sons, James and Jerry. At the time of her death she had 19 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She is survived by nine children, sons ,Thomas, Michael, Donald, Steven, Brian , Timothy and Marvin and two daughters Marilyn Munly and Carol Barnett.
She retired from Hillsboro's Tuality Hospital where she took pride in her work for 40 years.
Irene opened her home and heart to family and friends with love and generosity . She enjoyed reading , cooking knitting and gardening and sharing the fruits of her labor with all.
A memorial service will be held at 12:15 pm Saturday May 10th at St. Mathew Catholic Church, 447 S.E. 3rd Ave, Hillsboro Oregon. Reception to follow at the parish center.
Remembrances may be made to the American Heart Association.
