June was born on June 7, 1920 to William and Myrtle Anne (Pezoldt) Fuegy. She was born and lived on the family property at Phillips and Old Cornelius Pass Road for 86 of her 91 years.
June attended Beaverton High School and Pacific University at Forest Grove on scholarship. She worked at Willamette Steel, Montgomery Ward, Industrial Air Products and the Washington County Court House.
June enjoyed reading, knitting, painting, music, crossword puzzles, and traveling. She will be remembered for her love of history and traveling.
June married Joe Huserik on June 11, 1938. They were married 73 years.
She is survived by her husband, Joe; daughters Sandra (Jim) Friberg and Joanne (Jim) Davis; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
