Margaret K. Anderson, 87, died Dec. 18, 2010.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Dec, 27, 2010 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church , 4265 SW Golf Course Rd. in Cornelius.
Margaret Anderson was born Mar. 21, 1923 in the family home near Cornelius to Martha and John Koehnke.
She had her early schooling in a one-room schoolhouse on Iowa Hill and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1941.
She met Ralph Anderson in Santa Cruz and they married in Pasadena, California on Jan. 12., 1942. They lived and raised their two daughters in Portland, then moved to Beaverton. Later, she moved to Hillsboro and rejoined St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
Ralph passed away in 1985.
She is survived by her daughters; Terry Dewhurst, Margie Lewis and her brother, John Koehnke.
She had four grandchildren: Chad and Erik Dewhurst, Karlie Lewis and Abigail Warmbier. She also had two great grandchildren; Haley and Alex Dewhurst.
