Longtime North Plains, Oregon resident, Patricia “Patsy” Tankersley, 75, passed away peacefully, Thursday, May 18, 2023 at her home in North Plains, OR.
Patsy was born July 21, 1947 to Jim Frank & Lavada (Fusher) Irby in Penrose, Arkansas. She moved to North Plains, OR in 1962 and worked as a farmer until retiring in the mid 1980’s. Patsy was a Christian and enjoyed shopping.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Donald “Bob” Tankersley; and her grandson, Donald L. “Bob” Tankersley II. She is survived by her daughters, Lucie Tankersley of North Plains, OR and Tammy; son, Robert Tankersley of North Plains, OR; and granddaughter, Jess Vanortwick of Tennessee.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the Old Scotch Church Cemetery, 30685 NW Old Scotch Church Road, Hillsboro, OR 97124.
Arrangements were cared for by the Fir Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
