Velma Florence Bell

Velma F. Bell "Toody" passed away Tuesday November 12, 2019 of natural causes after a long illness. She was surrounded by her son and his family.
Velma was born in Banks, OR to Erma and William Vandehey. Velma went to school at St. Francis School in Roy and Greenville, OR. Velma lived on a farm in Roy until she met and married Leroy H. Bell in 1944. Then they moved to Portland where she was a housewife and had two children. She enjoyed music, pets, camping, fishing and working in her flowers.
Her loving husband passed away before Velma. She is survived by her daughter Linda (Robert) Weiner, of Reno Nevada and her son Gary (Kathy) Bell of Oregon City. Velma has four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
