Wayne L. Woodward age 95 of Cherry Grove died in Hillsboro Nov. 4, 2011, he was born Feb. 5, 1916 in Roy, New Mexico.
He was a resident of Cherry Grove since 1962. He had worked in concrete, construction, building swimming pools, also as a cowboy and farmer. On Sept. 1, 1939 he married Clara Lucille Johnson in Phoenix, AZ. She preceded him in death on Nov. 7, 2002 in Cherry Grove.
Wayne is survived by his sons Dale Wayne Woodward, and Gary Leon Woodward; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grand son.
Memorial services Thurs. Nov. 17, 2011., at 11:30 A. M. at Cherry Grove Baptist Church.
Private Interment at Cherry Grove Cemetery.
